Event Booking Agreement & Terms of Service

By booking an event with 3 Sisters Co. Crystals & Oddities, the client agrees to the following terms in full.

1.  PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment in full at time of purchase.
  • All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change; quoted rates are locked in only upon receipt of payment.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Client cancellations made 14+ days before the event: Refund of half of the total purchase price
  • Client cancellations made within 14 days of the event: No refund
  • 3 Sisters Co. cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made or the option to reschedule.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

3. WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Services rendered will be outlined in the client's booking confirmation email.
  • Inclusions may consist of: spiritual services, tarot/oracle readings, energy work, vendor presence, or other agreed-upon offerings.
  • Any additional services requested on the day of the event beyond the original agreement are subject to additional fees and must be approved by 3 Sisters Co. in advance.
  • Setup and breakdown time is included in the agreed event window unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and suitable venue for the event.
  • The client must ensure adequate space, lighting, and any required tables/chairs are available unless otherwise arranged.
  • The client is responsible for notifying guests of the nature of services being offered (spiritual, metaphysical, etc.).
  • Any permits, licenses, or venue approvals required for the event are the sole responsibility of the client.
  • The client agrees to treat all 3 Sisters Co. staff, vendors, and representatives with respect. We reserve the right to leave any environment deemed unsafe or hostile, with full payment still owed.

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

3 Sisters Co. Crystals & Oddities, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any of the following:

  • Any personal injury, illness, accident, or harm occurring before, during, or after the event.
  • Any loss, theft, or damage to personal property at the event venue.
  • Any emotional, psychological, or physical outcomes resulting from spiritual services, energy work, crystal use, or metaphysical practices provided at the event.
  • Any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by attendees based on information, readings, or guidance received during the event.
  • Any disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, emergencies, or acts of God.

All spiritual and metaphysical services are provided for entertainment and personal enrichment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

6. MEDIA & PRIVACY

  • 3 Sisters Co. reserves the right to photograph or video the event for promotional and social media use.

7. AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE

By purchasing an event package, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Event Booking contract.
