My name is Sabrena, and this is 3 Sisters Rising — a podcast born from spirit, sisterhood, and the sacred work of healing. Whether you've been following our journey for a while or you're finding us for the very first time — welcome home. You are exactly where you're supposed to be.

My Healing Journey
I don't talk about this enough. But today, I'm getting personal — because I think someone out there needs to hear this.
For ten years, I was in a career that was slowly, quietly sucking the life out of me. I kept telling myself: if I just keep going, if I just move up, it will get better.
It didn't get better. It got worse. Because no matter how high I climbed, I was still climbing the wrong mountain.
I made it all the way to the top. Ten years in. And then one day, I walked in and put in my two weeks notice.
What finally pushed me over the edge? A single oracle card draw.
Everything that doesn't align must go.
That was it. That was the message I had been waiting for — or maybe the one I had been avoiding. And that's when I really started listening to my guides and to Source.
One week after I quit, I married my husband in a stunning ceremony in a rose garden, surrounded by only our closest family. It was intimate, it was magical, and it was everything I had been putting off for far too long.
And then I turned my full attention to healing myself.
It started with meditation — craving silence after years of constant noise. Meditation led me to my chakras. My body's energy centers. Some were completely closed. Some were out of alignment. And I finally understood why I had felt so out of whack for so long.
Healing my chakras led me to past life trauma and karma — breaking old contracts, reclaiming soul fragments, coming back into alignment with my original blueprint. And woven through all of it, from the very beginning — crystals. Oracle cards. Tarot. My dowsing rods. Channeling my guides. Nature. Gaia. Source.
What started as healing myself turned into healing my family — living and non-living. Then friends. Then complete strangers. Then land, houses, energetic ley lines — and Gaia herself.
None of what I have now happened while I was playing it safe. All of it happened when I finally chose myself.
Pay attention to your intuition. Notice what calls to you — what wakes you up, what pulls you out of the matrix, what makes you remember why you came here.
That pull isn't a distraction. It's your soul's GPS. And it has never been wrong.
